The Red Balloon in the Rain

Using the person in the attached photo, keep their exact face and identity. They wear a yellow raincoat and stand on a wet suburban street at dusk in heavy rain, next to an open storm drain. A single bright red balloon floats up from the drain toward them. Inside the dark drain, two glowing eyes and a hint of a white painted clown face are barely visible. Overcast blue-gray light, reflections on the asphalt, the red balloon is the only saturated color. Cinematic horror film still, shallow depth of field, vertical 4:5.
