• Uploaded images, prompts, and any other content you provide to generate or edit images.
• Usage data like pages visited, features used, and interaction logs.
• Device and technical information such as IP address and browser type.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• Personalize your experience and deliver requested content.
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• Monitor usage, detect fraud, and ensure the security of our Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service, with law enforcement when required, or with your consent.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may update your account information or delete your content at any time. You can also opt out of non-essential communications from your account preferences page or by using unsubscribe links included in marketing emails.

Privacy preferences are available throughout the app. Statistics permission controls Vercel Analytics, Ahrefs, and the statistical event for account registration. Experience improvements permission controls session recordings through Sentry Replay. Microsoft Clarity requires both permissions for its statistics, recordings, events, and account identification. For signed-in users, Clarity uses the account email as input to its identification function. These choices do not grant permission for advertising.

We ask before enabling these optional services when the connection country is in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine the country. Elsewhere, optional services may run until you make a choice. We use the connection country provided by our hosting service, not your nationality or residence. An existing explicit choice applies everywhere.

Accept all, accept necessary only, or configure statistics and recordings separately. We store your explicit choice in the photoprompt-consent cookie for six months from that decision, in this browser only. Visits do not renew it, and it is not synchronized with your account or other devices. Open tabs share the same choice. If we cannot verify or save it, optional tracking stays off.

You can withdraw either permission using Privacy preferences without signing out or losing your work. Withdrawal stops the affected services and discards pending activity; it does not delete information already received by a provider. Six months is the duration of your choice, not a promise about how long providers retain data. Account access, credit purchases, referral benefits, and basic error diagnostics remain available regardless of these choices. Sentry error diagnostics do not enable default collection of personally identifiable information.

8. Children's Privacy

Photoprompt is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International Users

We operate globally and may process information in locations outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this processing subject to applicable laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
